A local elder care facility constructed a new assisted living building and hired United to help with the new kitchen. United was involved from the beginning to build a kitchen for serving residents with a variety of dietary needs. The new kitchen was designed as a satellite kitchen to be supported by the kitchen in the main building. The project includes a cooking line, custom chef’s counter, custom beverage station and a residential style kitchen with integrated hot food serving.
