This is a cafeteria for a 120,000 square foot office building in Burlington, Massachusetts. United worked with the client from early on to design the servery and seating areas to feed the building’s expected population.
The servery has a:
- deli station
- exhibition cooking station
- hot entree station
- an island soup & salad bar
- refrigerated grab & go
United designed and supplied walk-in coolers, the kitchen ventilation system, and the rest of the equipment for food storage, prep, serving and cleanup.
