This used Scotsman CU3030MA-1E Prodigy® undercounter ice machine is a compact, self-contained commercial ice maker with built-in ice storage. It’s a great option for restaurants, cafés, bars, offices, break rooms, cafeterias, and other foodservice operations that need dependable ice production without a separate ice bin.
The CU3030MA-1 features an air-cooled refrigeration system, produces medium cube ice, and is designed to produce up to approximately 313 lb. of ice per 24 hours under optimal conditions. The integrated storage bin holds approximately 110 lb. of ice.
Scotsman’s Prodigy series includes an AutoAlert™ control system to communicate operating status and maintenance needs, along with WaterSense adaptive purge control designed to help reduce scale buildup. Removable exterior panels and access to internal components help simplify routine cleaning and service.
